We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creatives Specialist to join our team. This role spans a wide range of creative functions and plays a key part in capturing visual content, creating marketing materials, documenting projects, and assisting in the design of optimal lighting layouts. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, an openness to exploring new ideas, and passionate about making beautiful things.
Responsibilities Include The Following And Other Aspects Of Work
- Capture photos and videos of lamp designs, restoration and repair projects, finished projects, company events, and other related materials
- Edit and produce engaging and relevant content for social media posting, promotional purposes and internal use
- Design and create brochures and other materials to effectively showcase the company’s products and services
- Assist in the creation of optimal lighting layout plans, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality
- Maintain a complete and organized library of all materials documented and created
Minimum Qualifications
Candidate must be:
- Proficient in photography, videography, and video editing for social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook
- Adept in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, or other similar tools
- Experienced in creating both digital and print marketing materials (brochures, catalogues, flyers)
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD and DIALux is a plus
