Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that the office environment is clean, tidy, and sanitary. This role requires regular cleaning and maintenance of various office areas, including executives office, common areas and kitchen facilities, to ensure a pleasant and healthy work environment for employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • General Cleaning:
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all office areas (e.g., hallways, restrooms, huddle room, etc.).
  • Dust and wipe down furniture, desks, and office equipment.
  • Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors.
  • Pantry Area:
  • Clean pantry area, including countertops, tables, and sinks.
  • Wipe down appliances such as microwaves, refrigerators, airfryer, water dispenser and coffee machines.
  • Clean and sanitize dishwashing areas and replenish supplies (e.g., dish soap, sponges).
  • Trash Removal:
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners in all office areas, including individual workstations, conference rooms, executive office and common areas.
  • Dispose of recyclables appropriately.
  • Office Maintenance:
  • Organize and tidy up common spaces (e.g., reception area, huddle room, conference room).
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and materials are stocked and stored properly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions (e.g., plumbing, lighting).
  • Health and Safety:
  • Ensure that cleaning tasks are carried out safely, following the proper handling of cleaning products and equipment.
  • Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness to minimize the risk of contamination or illness.
  • Special Tasks:
  • Prepares drinks (coffee & tea) to executives and visitors.
  • Assists in preparation of their food.
  • Provides assistance to Admin Department
