PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Building on the success of Season 2, AVSE Global is recruiting Volunteer Collaborators to join the Future Project Manager Program 2026. The program is organized by the Human Resources Department of the Global Vietnamese Science and Expert Organization and is developed based on three core pillars: Mindset – Action – Connection.

The Future Project Manager Program 2026 offers participants the opportunity to connect and develop themselves in an international environment, meet and work with leading experts through practical projects that contribute to Vietnam’s development. Through the program, participants will develop research skills, project management skills, and expand their professional knowledge.

If you are a final-year student or recent graduate, and are interested in developing yourself in fields such as Healthcare, Economics and Policy, Sustainable Development, Innovation, Education & Training, or Project Management in general, this program is for you!

PARTICIPATION FORMAT

• Duration: 6 months (from June to December 2026)
• Format: Full-remote, flexible working hours, 15–20 hours/week. Theoretical training combined with direct participation in real projects across the networks throughout the program (3 months of project work).

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in training sessions on Project Management and other essential skills.
• Plan, implement, and monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline.
• Conduct research in relevant specialized fields.
• Prepare, organize, and manage necessary documents for project operations; support event organization.
• Manage and optimize human resources and logistics to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure continuous and accurate communication.
• Support project leaders in research, data analysis, and reporting to develop projects and networks.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Final-year undergraduate students, bachelor’s degree holders, current master’s students or master’s degree holders, or PhD candidates/researchers.
• Priority is given to candidates with knowledge or strong passion in the relevant specialized fields.
• Passionate about and eager to develop project management skills in science and strategic consulting.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to organize, coordinate tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Strong skills in information searching, data synthesis, and writing reports using research methodology.
• Proficient in English, good command of Excel and Canva; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
• Dynamic, serious, responsible, with a spirit of community contribution and high level of proactivity.
• Committed to long-term engagement with the activities of a non-profit organization.

MedNet – Healthcare Network

MedNet is a platform connecting Vietnamese experts, doctors, pharmacists, researchers, and students in the healthcare field. The network organizes and mobilizes domestic and international resources to promote the development of Vietnam’s healthcare sector and improve the quality of research and expertise. MedNet aims to build a global medical network based on three pillars: comprehensiveness, globality, and sustainability, while expanding international cooperation and creating development opportunities for talents. In addition, the network provides and updates accurate scientific knowledge on physical and mental health for healthcare professionals and the community.

InnoNet – Innovation Network

InnoNet is a collaborative network of Vietnamese experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and students in the field of Innovation. Its mission is to build platforms and information channels for Vietnamese experts, learners, and students to learn, share, and exchange knowledge and skills, while contributing to various innovation projects and activities in Vietnam.

ETNet – Executive Training Network

The Executive Training Network (ETNet) aims to bring the world’s most advanced and modern knowledge to leaders in Vietnam’s development process, contributing to building a prosperous and sustainable Vietnam. To achieve this, ETNet designs and organizes learner-centered training programs based on AVSE Global’s strengths, combined with research, analysis, and consulting from leading experts on strategic issues related to Leadership and Change, Public Management, Globalization and Innovation, and Sustainable Development.

EPNet – Economic Policy Network

EPNet is a global network of pioneering economists, public policy scholars, experts, and experienced individuals who wish to contribute to Vietnam’s sustainable development. Based on the principle of collective intelligence, EPNet regularly provides advisory reports and consulting services on innovative economic policies for senior leaders in Vietnam. EPNet members continuously build the network’s capacity through two annual workshops on Business, International Leadership, and Public Policy, attracting scholars and experienced experts from around the world. A series of skill-development workshops are also organized to allow EPNet members to grow together with the network.

EduNet – Education Network

EduNet, under AVSE Global, is a gathering place for education scholars dedicated to innovating and reforming education through research activities and knowledge exchange, particularly conferences and training programs. EduNet is co-coordinated by Dr. Bùi Thị Minh Hồng, Professor of Business Education at the University of Birmingham, UK, and Dr. Thúy Phương Nguyễn from France. EduNet is a network of professors, researchers, and PhD candidates in educational science and management from four continents, committed to contributing to Vietnam’s development, especially in education and human resource management.

D-Space – Development Board

D-Space is the unit that integrates strategic, directional, and overarching programs and projects for AVSE Global. It manages numerous research programs and development projects, playing a leading role in partnership development for the organization.

AVSE Corp

AVSE Corp is a social enterprise that represents and expands AVSE Global’s activities in Vietnam. It directly coordinates and organizes all operational tasks within the company’s scope, thereby contributing to sustainable development values for Vietnam.
