ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Accounts Officer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless and accurate processing of financial activities, safeguarding the integrity of customer invoicing, accounts payable, and financial reporting. You'll handle the daily workflows of supplier payments, staff expenses, and bank reconciliations, fostering collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and external clients. Working remotely, you'll be integral to maintaining efficient billing cycles, effectively communicating with recruiters, and addressing invoicing queries swiftly and accurately.

You’re Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 2–4 years of experience in accounts, finance, or accounts payable roles within high-volume environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software like Xero
• Solid understanding of end-to-end accounts receivable and payable functions
• Experience processing timesheets, ideally in recruitment or professional services

Accounts Payables

You'll ensure efficient processing and payment execution.

• Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts using Xero
• Update vendor information in the system
• Address accounts payable queries promptly

Doctors’ Timesheets

You will oversee timely processing and accurate review of timesheets.

• Process and verify doctors’ timesheets against records
• Collaborate with payroll functions for seamless processing
• Handle queries regarding timesheet processing

Customer Invoices

You will manage invoicing processes with precision.

• Prepare and dispatch client invoices
• Resolve invoicing queries and maintain regular communication
• Reconcile customer payments and manage related email inquiries
