About the role

We're looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to join our US team and be the driving force behind helping our clients launch and optimize high-performance campaigns. You'll be the trusted partner our clients turn to when they need expert guidance on getting their programmatic initiatives off the ground and running smoothly.


What you will do:

Campaign Launch & Execution

  • Turn US client briefs into live, high-performing programmatic campaigns. Translate objectives into tactical setups, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth, timely launches that meet client expectations.


Client Support & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for US clients, building strong, trust-based relationships through consistent communication, proactive issue-solving, and a solid understanding of their goals and challenges.


Technical Troubleshooting & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance, dig into data when issues arise, and identify actionable solutions. Implement optimizations and clearly translate technical programmatic insights into recommendations clients can understand and act on.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with sales, ad operations, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless client experiences. Share insights from client interactions to help refine our workflows and support the needs of the US market.


Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with hands-on campaign management experience
  • Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and the broader programmatic ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and campaigns simultaneously
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting campaign issues and interpreting performance data
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex programmatic concepts to diverse audiences
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Experience working with US clients or in US time zones is preferred
  • Willingness to occasionally support client events and activations
