Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for open positions
  • Conduct initial outreach and engage with candidates to promote job opportunities and assess their suitability
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a BPO or similar environment
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Can start ASAP
