Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for open positions
Conduct initial outreach and engage with candidates to promote job opportunities and assess their suitability
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Previous experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a BPO or similar environment
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Can start ASAP
