About The Role

The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for executing and optimizing the operational and commercial performance of Telos Media's e-commerce channels, with a strong focus on Solarballs store.

This role contributes to store operations, fulfillment coordination, product launches, and performance tracking, while working closely with Marketing and Creative to help deliver a smooth and high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Support day-to-day operations of the e-commerce store, helping ensure accuracy, performance, and operational stability.
  • Contribute to delivering a strong customer experience by helping monitor production and shipping timelines and supporting timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating product pages, including descriptions, imagery, pricing, and layout within Shopify.
  • Support merchandise and product launches in collaboration with Marketing, helping execute launch checklists, QA, and go-live processes.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics partners across regions (China, US, Europe), supporting timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels to help avoid shortages or overstock.
  • Help monitor store performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, AOV, shipping costs, refunds, customer satisfaction), contributing to monthly reports with insights.
  • Conduct basic market and competitor research to support optimization efforts and identify trends.
  • Support promotional planning and execution, including campaigns and high-volume sales periods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support alignment with brand and business priorities.
  • Maintain and update documentation and SOPs for e-commerce processes.
  • Turn data and insights into actionable recommendations and execution plans, identifying opportunities for optimization across product, pricing, merchandising, and customer experience, and supporting implementation to drive measurable improvements.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, store management, or a related role.
  • Obsessed with excellent customer experience, without compromise
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (or similar platforms like Amazon).
  • Solid understanding of fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into action.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
