The Electrical Estimator is responsible for managing and controlling project costs related to electronic systems, ensuring accuracy in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Graduate of Electrical or Electronic Technology
At least 13 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation for electronic / ELV / ICT systems
Knowledge or Familiarity of electronic systems such as CCTV, FDAS, access control, structured cabling, PA systems, and related works are advantage
Proficient in MS Excel and cost estimation tools
With knowledge in AutoCAD for viewing, editing, and interpreting technical drawings
Able to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Experience in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs
With basic knowledge of procurement, costing, and contract variations
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
