Work Setup & Schedule - Location: Muntinlupa City
- Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Schedule: Night Shift
Key Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5+ years of hands-on QA experience, with strong exposure to API testing (REST/SOAP)
- Proficiency in API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI
- Experience in writing and executing test cases and test scripts
- Working knowledge of MS SQL for data validation and backend testing
- Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, and SDLC (Waterfall & Agile)
- Experience in preparing Master Test Plans and Test Effort Estimates
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- ISTQB certification is an advantage
Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Testing
- Analyze business and functional requirements to design and execute test cases
- Perform API (REST/SOAP), functional, regression, and integration testing
- Validate backend data using MS SQL queries
- Create and maintain test plans, test reports, and defect logs
- Verify defect fixes and validate new features
- Collaborate with Automation QA to identify automation opportunities
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and QA team members
- Mentor junior QA team members and support small testing initiatives
- Maintain documentation and track progress using project management tools (e.g., ATLAS)
Continuous Learning - Stay updated with the latest QA tools, methodologies, and industry trends
