We’re hiring: Part-Time Operations Coordinator (Remote | PST Hours)


Atlas Facilities Maintenance is a U.S.-based commercial facilities services company supporting clients across multiple states. We specialize in delivering reliable janitorial, maintenance, and operational support services, with a strong focus on execution, responsiveness, and consistency.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing vendor quotes (scope, pricing, timelines)
  • Coordinating schedules with vendors
  • Managing documentation (W9, COI, reports, photos, etc.)
  • Keeping systems updated (CRM, tracking sheets, work orders)
  • Ensuring jobs are properly documented and ready for billing

  • Role details:

    • Part-time: ~20 hours/week (3–4 hrs/day)
    • Must be available during PST hours
    • $500–$600/month + KPI incentives
    • Potential to transition into a full-time role


    We’re looking for someone who is:

    • Highly detail-oriented and organized
    • Process-driven and reliable
    • Comfortable working across multiple systems
    • Proactive (follows up, doesn’t wait to be told)
    • Strong in written and verbal English
