We’re hiring: Part-Time Operations Coordinator (Remote | PST Hours)
Atlas Facilities Maintenance is a U.S.-based commercial facilities services company supporting clients across multiple states. We specialize in delivering reliable janitorial, maintenance, and operational support services, with a strong focus on execution, responsiveness, and consistency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing vendor quotes (scope, pricing, timelines)
- Coordinating schedules with vendors
- Managing documentation (W9, COI, reports, photos, etc.)
- Keeping systems updated (CRM, tracking sheets, work orders)
- Ensuring jobs are properly documented and ready for billing
Role details:
- Part-time: ~20 hours/week (3–4 hrs/day)
- Must be available during PST hours
- $500–$600/month + KPI incentives
- Potential to transition into a full-time role

- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Process-driven and reliable
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Proactive (follows up, doesn’t wait to be told)
- Strong in written and verbal English
