As an
Operation Associate at Acuitty Consultant LLP , you will be the
first point of contact for sellers on one of the worlds largest e-commerce platforms. Youll play a vital role in resolving
seller concerns, offering guidance on platform features, and ensuring a seamless support experience through email communication.
Responsibilities
- Responding to seller queries in a timely and accurate way.
- Identifying seller needs and helping sellers use specific features.
- Analysing and troubleshooting seller concern.
- To resolve seller queries within the assigned TAT.
- Coordinate with the team for updates.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in English is mandatory .
- Prior experience in an BPO International process is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (shifts rotate every 12 months).
Working Details
- Work Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Night Shifts | 2 Week-Offs
- Eligibility: Open to Freshers
- Work from Office.
