What will you do?
- Support daily operations of our online stores across marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia), brand.com, and/or social platforms.
- Assist with uploading and updating product listings, including images, banners, content, and pricing.
- Help maintain the visual and content quality of storefronts (e.g., homepage banners, product detail pages).
- Collaborate with the team to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and platform tools to boost visibility and sales.
- Monitor store performance and assist in generating reports and basic analysis of sales and traffic data.
- Act as a support contact for any operational issues and escalate concerns to the relevant teams.
- Work closely with the Commercial Manager and wider team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
What skills and experience you will need?
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate about e-commerce, online shopping trends, and digital platforms.
- Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and able to interpret basic data.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Located in Manila/Iloilo.
- Available for 6 months internship.
