Position: General Services Officer

Job Summary: The Marketing Officer-Asset Recovery develops and executes channel distribution strategy, lead generation, marketing techniques of ROPA products. The role expands and maintains a relationship with channel partners, and monitors competitor and market activity.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develops relationship with channel counterparts such as, but not limited to brokers and referrals, online selling partners, and marketing business units;
- Schedule and manage auction sale and sealed bidding activities;
- Trains sales resources within the channel and attends client meetings;
- Recommends product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
- Evaluates effectiveness of channel sales programs and action plans;
- Account Management:
- Manage ROPA activities on Joint Ventures, SPCs, and portfolio sale, this includes but is not limited to:
- Negotiate and monitor the execution of formal agreements for operated and non operated joint ventures;
- Coordinate with Bank counterparts to ensure that required documents and formalities needed to cover the project are met;
- Attend and represent the Bank in all meetings and forums necessary for the creation, execution, and maintenance of the JV until its completion.
