Details
- Rate: 150 PHP/hour
- Work set-up: Office-based
- Weekly workload: Will start as part time but will switch to full time
Key Responsibilities
- Cater to patient/customer inquiries through calls. Other customer service channels might be opened in the future, chats and emails.
- Make outbound calls to follow-up patients.
- Manage various administrative tasks, especially during slow times.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as customer support role in any medical or health campaigns.
- B2 English Proficiency.
- Experience in navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
