Job Summary: The Admin and Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring the organization complies with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. The role manages office administration, documentation, permits, compliance monitoring, and coordination with regulatory agencies to support efficient and lawful business operations.

Essential Functions
- Administrative Management
Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
Manage company documentation, records, and filing systems.
Supervise administrative staff and support departments.
Ensure efficient use of office resources and facilities.
Ensure company compliance with government regulations, permits, and licenses.
Monitor adherence to internal policies, procedures, and standards.
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
Maintain compliance documentation and reports.
- Policy and Procedure Implementation
Develop and update administrative and compliance policies.
Implement internal control systems to reduce operational risks.
Ensure company SOPs are properly implemented.
- Audit and Risk Management
Conduct internal compliance audits and inspections.
Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor regulatory changes affecting the organization.
Train employees on compliance policies and procedures.
Promote a culture of accountability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field
7 years up of experience in administration, compliance, regulatory affairs, or office management.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, knowledge of regulatory compliance, policy development, documentation management, auditing, leadership, and problem-solving.
Compliance management training, internal audit certification, or business/legal compliance certification.
