Basic Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle requests related to departmental logistics.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mails and deliveries.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
  • Update the meeting room calendar and schedule as needed.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Senior HR Officer or OCIC Management.

Required Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelors degree graduate.
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a positive working attitude.
