Position Objectives:
- Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms across data centers.
- Architect scalable, secure, and compliant solutions integrating networking, storage, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology partners to ensure seamless integration and governance alignment.
- Drive architectural reviews, proof-of-concepts, and technical enablement to enhance operational excellence.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Red Hat OpenShift architecture ensuring scalability, security, and high availability across multiple data centers.
- Define infrastructure topology, network segmentation, and storage integration aligned with enterprise standards.
- Oversee end-to-end OpenShift deployment, integration with LDAP/AD, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.
- Implement governance, RBAC, OAuth, and security compliance with CIS and NCA benchmarks.
- Collaborate with network, storage, and DevOps teams to optimize performance and ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct architecture reviews, proof-of-concepts, and partner with vendors for solution validation and best practices.
- Provide documentation, technical training, and knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.
- Support automation through Ansible, Helm, and GitOps practices to streamline cluster management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in OpenShift / Kubernetes architecture and administration.
- Proven expertise in container networking, CNI plugins, and multi-cluster connectivity.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks (Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD), and GitOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Language proficiency: English (required); Arabic is an added advantage.
