Job Description

  • Own full-cycle recruitment delivery from requisition intake through offer acceptance across international portfolios
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and constructive challenge
  • Partner with sourcing specialists and HR stakeholders to deliver inclusive shortlists aligned to diversity commitments
  • Ensure a consistent, engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Use recruiting data and insights to manage performance, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement
  • Maintain compliance with local employment legislation, data privacy, and internal governance
  • Contribute to team capability through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and best-practice improvement.

A Successful Talent Acquisition Partner Should Have

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience within a fast-paced, complex, or global environment
  • Demonstrated success delivering recruitment from a centralized hub into international markets
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative influencing skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
  • Passionate advocate for inclusive and equitable hiring practices
  • Confident using modern recruitment technologies, including AI-enabled and automated systems
  • Strong talent assessment capability with clear, structured interviewing and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
