Role Overview

Responsible for managing project documentation, coordination, and communication between client, consultant, and

site teams. The role ensures smooth flow of drawings, approvals, and information across stakeholders to facilitate

timely execution of hotel development projects.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Time, Quality, and Cost shall remain the core focus parameters across, ensuring that deliverables are achieved

efficiently, within budget, and to the required standard of workmanship.

  • Coordinate project documentation, design deliverables, and procurement activities among various teams.
  • Manage correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and approval logs to maintain project workflow.
  • Liaise with consultants and vendors to track design clarifications and technical responses.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, status updates, and tender documentation.
  • Ensure accurate records of approvals, drawings, and revisions for project tracking.
  • Support site teams with documentation and technical coordination requirements.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and escalate issues for timely resolution
  • Verify vendors bills
  • Assist in preparation of techno-commercial proposals, float RFPs, obtain quotations from vendors, and support in technical evaluation and negotiation processes.
