Responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the end-to-end delivery process to ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents, goods, and services.
Plans and coordinates daily delivery schedules based on received documents
Ensures all required permits and delivery requirements are secured prior to dispatch
Coordinates with Sales, customers, warehouse, and drivers for timely deliveries, including urgent and provincial transactions
Provides daily updates on fulfilled and unfulfilled deliveries
Acts as the main point of contact between internal teams, drivers, and customers
Provides delivery updates, instructions, and resolves issues during transit
Arranges deliveries via partner couriers for areas outside Logistics coverage
Coordinates payment collection schedules with Credit and Collection
Arranges supplier pickups as advised by Purchasing
Handles administrative tasks including staff attendance, leave, and overtime processing
Updates internal announcements and company communications o Performs other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior
Job Requirements And Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 years course.
With experience in delivery coordinating is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or in-house dispatch systems.
Ability to Adapt to system updates, new procedures, and operational changes.
Ability to handle multiple assignments with efficiency
Ability to Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
At least 23 years of experience in logistics, delivery coordination, dispatching, warehousing, or transportation.
