Position description: This position is responsible for the planning and implementation of business support programs in the areas of customer assistance and business center facilities to help Corporate Banking Segment achieve its business goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- 1. Prepares, secures necessary approvals for and disseminates announcements intended for both internal release to Corporate Banking (CB) officers and staff and external advisory to CB clients 2. Monitors client feedback reported to the unit and coordinates with RMs and other units of the bank – such as products, channels, operations and other segments – to manage resolution of customer complaints 3. Works with product groups to develop product, process or system improvements to address customer service complaints 4. Monitors the progress of business center renovations by Facilities Services Group (FSG) and intervenes in case of delays and/or need for prioritization 5. Provides supervision and management of the Business Support Associate to ensure assigned tasks are executed correctly and on time 6. Performs administrative duties such as budget preparation, budget availment and monitoring, expense authorization and compliance to internal controls
