Develop, modify, and maintain the district’s SharePoint site.
Migrate district from SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online.
Coordinate with management and district employees regarding SharePoint goals and needs to enhance the SharePoint site.
Design the district SharePoint site to convey and gather information.
Conduct site testing and subsequent modifications/fixes.
Recommend changes regarding system and information architecture, security considerations, and governance.
Enhance interfaces between SharePoint and other applications/programs.
Develop and implement user-friendly improvements to applications/programs to lessen administrative workloads.
Train district employees on how to use SharePoint and SharePoint-related programs.
Develop, then train district employees on, automation options to enhance efficiency.
Create files/instruction manuals for administering the SharePoint site.
Requirements
3+ years of SharePoint and MS Power Solutions application experience, including Microsoft SharePoint sites, Microsoft PowerApps, and Microsoft Power Automate.
Associate degree required in an Information Technology-related program.
Hands-on experience in the application of SharePoint in the Federal Agency environment.
Strong knowledge of design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise scale applications.
Understanding of SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Web Parts, and workflow creation.
Ability to create and configure SharePoint intake workflow applications.
Hands-on experience in usability testing and UI/UX best practices.
Exceptional understanding of Windows operating system and hardware with a strong knowledge of software management.
Understanding of the rights, permissions, capabilities, and responsibilities of all kinds of SharePoint users: End Users, Power Users, Site Owners, Site Collection Administrators and SharePoint Farm Administrators.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage change and ambiguity.
Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Skilled use of virtual platforms such as MS Teams and Adobe Acrobat.
