We are looking for a Web Designer / Developer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining websites using WordPress (with Elementor) for a wide range of clients. The role combines design sense with technical build, and involves working with both our internal creative team and clients directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive websites in WordPress, from landing pages to e-commerce stores.
- Customize and extend WordPress using Elementor and relevant plugins.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, project managers, and other team members.
- Ensure websites are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand and technical standards.
- Troubleshoot issues and manage routine updates.
- Liaise directly with clients via email, calls, and video meetings.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to scheduling and project organization.
- Keep up to date with web technologies, best practices, and optimization methods.
Essential Skills
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Demonstrated experience designing and building websites in WordPress (Elementor and/or WooCommerce a plus).
- Knowledge of WordPress plugins and CMS fundamentals.
- Basic coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS).
- Good eye for design and UX.
- Comfortable working independently and problem-solving with incomplete briefs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Desirable Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce and Elementor Pro.
- Knowledge of web hosting environments (cPanel, DNS, servers).
- Understanding of SEO and website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Additional front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind, etc.) a bonus but not required.
