Assume responsibility for and notify management of any dangerous circumstances, crises, or dangers to the safety of visitors, staff, or hotel property.
Monitor the effectiveness of electrical and equipment systems, such as lighting systems, television sets, guest entrance/access doors, and air conditioning controls; make small adjustments or replacements as needed to guarantee optimal performance.
Refurbish fixtures and furnishings, including counters, doors, windows, tables, chairs, and cupboards. If necessary, paint and finish the fixtures and furniture in the guest rooms.
Highschool graduate or graduate of any vocational course
With at least 1-2 years experience as Technician or Maintenance Staff
Knowledgeable in Technical and Mechanical, Electrical, Troubleshooting and repairs.
