Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our Airbnb units. The ideal candidate ensures each property is guest-ready, sanitized, and meets high hospitality standards to provide an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the property including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels between guest stays
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries, tissue, soap, coffee, and snacks
- Inspect property for damages, missing items, or maintenance issues and report immediately
- Ensure appliances, lights, and air conditioning are functioning properly
- Follow check-in/check-out schedules and prepare units on time
- Dispose of trash properly and maintain waste segregation (if applicable)
- Perform deep cleaning tasks periodically (e.g., windows, upholstery, appliances)
- Assist in inventory tracking of cleaning supplies and linens
- Coordinate with property manager for urgent turnovers or guest requests
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or similar role (hospitality experience preferred)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper sanitation standards
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight turnaround times
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties
- Trustworthy, reliable, and respectful of guest privacy
- Flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays if needed)
