We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Supervisor to support and oversee daily HR operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support day-to-day HR and administrative functions
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate with different departments to support organizational needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in HR functions
  • With supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Background in IT, BPO, or fast-paced environments is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
  • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications
