As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be a pragmatic problem-solver responsible for delivering end-to-end features that connect our front-end applications, backend services, and enterprise integrations. You will partner with global teams to integrate critical systems—from bookings and payments to customer profiles—balancing rapid delivery with the long-term maintainability required by a world-class brand.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain application features across front-end, backend, and service layers.
- Multi-Platform Support: Build user-facing applications for both web and mobile, ensuring a consistent and elite experience.
- API & Integration: Implement APIs and integration adapters to connect various enterprise platforms and services.
- Operational Stability: Apply robust telemetry, logging, and error handling to improve observability and system resiliency.
- Security & Performance: Optimize data models and queries while ensuring secure coding practices and secrets management.
- Collaborative Design: Partner with Architects, CRM, Product, and Platform teams to support release readiness and operational stability.
- Documentation: Participate in technical design reviews and maintain high standards for technical documentation.
Must-Have Requirements
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks (React or Next.js) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or .NET).
- API Expertise: Experience in API design, versioning, and building integration adapters.
- Resiliency Practices: Familiarity with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing) and resiliency patterns (retries, dead-letter handling).
- DevOps & Cloud: Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, containerization, and cloud runtime fundamentals.
- Security Standards: Understanding of secure coding practices, input validation, and secrets management.
- Data Mastery: Strong skills in data modeling, query optimization, and performance-aware development.
- Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional environments.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Ecosystem Experience: Experience working across web, mobile, and complex enterprise application ecosystems.
- Financial & CRM Integration: Familiarity with integrating payments, CRM platforms, customer profiles, or booking engines.
