Junior Marketing Graphic Designer (Sports Apparel)
Remote (Open to PH candidates)
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Eastern Time hours required
$7–$10/hour (depending on experience)
We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing U.S.-based sports manufacturing company that specializes in protective wear, custom uniforms, and athletic apparel for organizations ranging from youth leagues to professional teams.
If you’re a creative, detail-oriented designer with a passion for sports, this is your chance to work on real products worn by teams across all levels.
What You’ll Do
- Create and mock up custom sports uniforms and apparel designs
- Present design concepts to clients (schools, teams, organizations)
- Communicate with clients and revise designs based on feedback
- Prepare production-ready files for manufacturing
- Collaborate with sales, production, and art teams
- Design marketing assets (social media graphics, email templates, sales materials)
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of Graphic Design experience
- 2+ years of Adobe Illustrator (advanced level)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in sports apparel design
- Familiarity with sublimation, screen printing, or embroidery
- Strong understanding of color, composition, and layout
- Experience creating production-ready artwork files
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong communication skills (client-facing)
- Passion for sports
- Availability for full-time Eastern Time hours

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in marketing graphics (social, email, sales materials)
