About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Full-Time Bookkeeper with strong experience in Rent Manager, specifically on the bookkeeping side. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, detail-heavy work and takes pride in accuracy.
You’ll be responsible for handling financial records, manual data entry, billing, and ensuring that all transactions are correctly assigned to the appropriate properties and accounts. Accuracy and consistency are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed bookkeeping tasks using Rent Manager
- Accurately input financial data (property, account, descriptions)
- Manage billing and invoicing processes
- Maintain organized and error-free records
- Support administrative and data entry tasks
- Follow processes and work independently over time
Requirements
- Proven experience with Rent Manager (bookkeeping module required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in bookkeeping, invoicing, or financial data entry
- Excellent English communication skills
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Fast learner who can follow instructions with minimal supervision
- Full-time availability (40+ hours/week)
