As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining the organization’s financial accuracy and liquidity by ensuring timely and precise vendor payments, monitoring daily cash balances, and managing cash inflows and outflows to support operational needs. You will accurately deposit and record company collections, coordinate with banking partners to resolve service issues and escalate concerns, and provide reliable support for daily treasury operations. Through your attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to compliance with internal treasury policies, you will help safeguard financial integrity, strengthen banking relationships, and contribute to smooth and efficient treasury processes.
What You’ll Do
Payment Processing & Disbursement
Prepares and releases payments to vendors and ensures timely and accurate execution of all disbursement transactions
Cash Management & Monitoring
Monitors daily cash balances to ensure sufficient funds for operations and tracks cash inflows and outflows for proper liquidity management
Collections Handling
Deposits collections received by the company and ensures all deposits are accurately recorded and completed within required timelines
Banking Coordination & Issue Resolution
Coordinates with bank representatives for service-related issues and concerns and handles follow-ups, clarifications, and escalations with banking partners
Treasury Operations Support
Performs day‑to‑day treasury operational tasks assigned within the main office and ensures compliance with internal treasury policies and procedures
You’ll Thrive If You…
Educational Background
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any business-related course
Professional Experience
At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in Finance / Treasury
