Analyze data from business, marketing, operations, and financial crime to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Automate data collection and aggregation processes to build daily reports.
Work with different stakeholders to define metrics, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support the continuous improvement of MariBank business, product and operations.
Problem solve with business and operations teams to translate complex business requests to executional technical data tasks
Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to further develop the business intelligence and data maturity level of the whole organization
Execute full cycle projects on data acquisition, data cleansing, data analysis, data visualisations using established data warehousing practices and tools
Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects. Take ownership on multiple work streams related to business intelligence projects

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / 4-Year Course Graduate related to Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics and other quantitative fields
At least 3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence in banking or financial services industries
Has an advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL and Python
Working knowledge in REST APIs, Selenium, Google Apps Script, Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns
Must have entrepreneurial spirit, with start-up mindset and willingness to learn
Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Able to pay attention to detail and rely on data driven decision making
