A Sales Training and Development Manager oversees RPMMC’s sales training programs and activities, directing the daily work of sales trainers to assess their effectiveness and ensure alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. The role involves collaborating with the RPMMC sales force and industry experts to create or select appropriate course content and materials, while also ensuring that training methods, content, and systems are effective and suitable for organizational needs.
- Ensures that all training objectives set by the company are met.
- Oversees all Training & Development calendar/activities/events/modules and presentation materials
- Monitors effective and timely execution of different Training Programs/activities
- Evaluate existing training courses and introduce appropriate changes
- Performance management/evaluation of the Training and Development Team
- Monitors/Assigns/Arranges training workflow schedules and work assignments
- Develop a training feedback mechanism to the management and to the RPMMC Sales Force
- Proposes, develops new and improve existing training modules/courses
