Ability to de velop and implement a broad range of casino programs, events and promotional activities for the Casino.
Responsible for executing the activities set by management, assist in all the paperwork and filing of documentation for promotions, and supervise a team of coordinators.
Ability to manage different projects simultaneously and to produce quality results.
Prepare documentation to support all promotions.
Liaise with vendors and other stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
Ability to coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective process flow for events and promotions.
Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
Maintain event budget.
Qualifications
Strong communication and administrative skills.
Experience in Casino Marketing, Casino Programs, and similar industry.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Ability to manage different projects with the same timeline and produce quality results.
