Event Manager (Remote - Philippines) We're hiring an Event Manager to join our Operations team remotely from the Philippines. Immediate availability is required.

Your responsibilities:

  • Organise and coordinate corporate events end-to-end for European clients

  • Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests

  • Conduct negotiations with service providers (venues, catering, activities)

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and partners

  • Handle B2B billing and invoicing related to events, ensuring accuracy and follow-up

  • Participate in the development of processes, tools and product features

  • Note: Event Managers usually don't attend client events

Mandatory requirements:

  • Native or near-native English speaker

  • Experience in event management or coordination (B2B preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in European time zones (CET overlap required)

  • Immediate availability

Nice to have:

  • Additional languages

  • Experience in startups or scaleups

  • Prior B2B client-facing experience

  • Familiarity with billing/invoicing workflows
