Event Manager (Remote - Philippines) We're hiring an Event Manager to join our Operations team remotely from the Philippines. Immediate availability is required.
Your responsibilities:
Organise and coordinate corporate events end-to-end for European clients
Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
Conduct negotiations with service providers (venues, catering, activities)
Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
Handle B2B billing and invoicing related to events, ensuring accuracy and follow-up
Participate in the development of processes, tools and product features
Note: Event Managers usually don't attend client events
Mandatory requirements:
Native or near-native English speaker
Experience in event management or coordination (B2B preferred)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in European time zones (CET overlap required)
Immediate availability
Nice to have:
Additional languages
Experience in startups or scaleups
Prior B2B client-facing experience
Familiarity with billing/invoicing workflows
