AirAsia MOVE is looking for a Head, Stays to lead its Hotels and SNAP (Flight + Hotel bundles) business across Southeast Asia. This is a P&L leadership role responsible for scaling a high-growth vertical and building a differentiated accommodation ecosystem within a leading travel platform. You will operate at the intersection of commercial, product, growth, data and supply, driving both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Own:
- Full P&L for Hotels and SNAP (revenue, margins, profitability)
- Growth strategy across core markets (MY, TH, ID, etc.)
- End-to-end performance: supply, pricing, product, and demand
- Cross-functional alignment with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Airline teams
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth & Performance
- Scale Hotels and SNAP as core revenue engines
- Improve flight-to-hotel attach rates and overall conversion
- Optimize unit economics (CAC, LTV, take rates, AOV)
Build & Strengthen Supply
- Expand hotel inventory across chains, independents, and partners
- Secure competitive rates, availability, and exclusives
- Lead regional market management strategy
Develop Bundles Strategy - SNAP
- Enhance bundling logic, pricing, and packaging
- Unlock synergies with flight inventory and airline teams
- Drive differentiated, high-converting bundle offerings
Product & Customer Experience
- Partner with Product/Tech to improve booking funnel and UX
- Drive personalization, merchandising, and cross-sell journeys
Growth & Marketing
- Complement demand generation via marketing, CRM, and partnerships
- Improve conversion and repeat rates across channels
Pricing & Revenue Management
- Implement dynamic pricing and yield strategies
- Balance growth with margin optimization
Lead & Scale Teams
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team
- Drive a culture of ownership, speed, and data-driven execution
