Full Stack Tech Lead

We are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to join our small, elite, and highly independent engineering team.

In this role, you will take full ownership of our core systems, infrastructure, and the development of new services- leading the journey from initial product characterization all the way to production. .

What We Are Looking For?

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development
Leadership: 2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Team Lead
Frontend: Significant experience building complex, responsive UIs with React and Next.js
Backend: Proven experience developing scalable server-side applications using Node.js and NestJS
Architectural Mindset: Experience in designing system architecture, working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), and understanding cloud infrastructure
