Job Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients in the US and Canada
Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Send cold emails and LinkedIn messages to generate interest
Handle replies and qualify prospects
Book meetings for the sales or leadership team
Follow up consistently with prospects
Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot)
Track outreach performance and meeting conversions
Work with leadership to improve messaging and targeting

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
0 to 4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Comfortable with cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Self motivated, target driven, and organized
