The Responsibilities

Assist in preparing essential financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments and collections.
Prepare and submit tax filings and other regulatory documentation accurately.
Provide high-level support to the accounting department through data entry, file organization, and record-keeping.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure all financial data is accurate, integrated, and submitted on time.
Participate in the rollout and optimization of new accounting software and internal procedures.

With Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Fresh Grads are encouraged to apply
Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication abilities.
