JOB SUMMARY: TheHydro Business Development Leadwill drive the identification, evaluation, and development of hydroelectric power opportunities, including run‑of‑river, small hydro, and large hydro projects. This role is responsible for shaping the hydro growth strategy, originating new projects, managing partnerships, and leading projects from concept through commercial close. Therolerequires astrong technical understanding of hydropower, commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement skills, and experience navigating regulatory and project development frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the hydro energy sector
✅ Strong understanding of hydro energy technologies and market dynamics
✅ Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
