The Opportunity

We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Multimedia Designer to serve as the creative engine for a fast-moving marketing team. This role is perfect for a designer who is equally comfortable in the world of static layouts and short-form video editing. You will own the production of high-performing paid media assets, transforming raw footage into compelling social content and designing polished internal collateral ranging from digital magazines to brochures. We need an operator who executes quickly, delivers fully editable source files, and can maintain a consistent weekly output of 10–15 deliverables. If you are a master of the Adobe Suite who thrives in a performance-focused environment with strong overlap in Central Time (CT), we want to meet you.


What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Cross-Channel Production: Create high-performing static and video assets for paid social channels (Meta, Instagram, Facebook), ensuring all content is optimized for performance testing.
  • Video Editing: Edit raw student footage into polished, platform-native short-form creatives (Reels, Stories, Ads) with a focus on storytelling and pacing.
  • Collateral Design: Support internal and print-style needs, including flyers, brochures, one-pagers, PDF downloads, and digital magazine layouts.
  • Rapid Iteration: Collaborate with the marketing team to quickly produce multiple versions of concepts and "hooks" for creative testing.
  • Workflow Management: Manage the end-to-end request lifecycle via Airtable, providing status updates and responding to feedback loops with reliable turnaround times.
  • File Stewardship: Deliver all final exports alongside organized, version-controlled source files (AI, INDD, PRPROJ) to ensure the team can reuse and update assets anytime.


What You Bring

  • Professional Experience: 3–4+ years of experience in a marketing design role, with a strong focus on paid media and social content.
  • Adobe Suite Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro is required (After Effects and Photoshop are strong pluses).
  • Performance Intuition: A solid understanding of performance marketing best practices, including visual hierarchy, clarity, and CTA-focused layouts.
  • Technical Detail: High attention to detail in delivering "packaged" working files and sized export packages (Square, 4:5, 9:16, etc.).
  • Operational Overlap: Ability to work a schedule that offers significant overlap with 9am–5pm Central Time (CT).
  • Clear Communication: Proactive style that clarifies requirements, flags blockers early, and implements feedback with speed.


Bonus Points if:

  • You have experience designing for education, membership, or mission-driven brands.
  • You are familiar with AI-assisted workflows for speed and ideation (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, etc.).
  • You have experience building ad creative systems (templates and modular component frameworks).
  • You can create lightweight motion graphics and templates for repeatable production.
