About The Role
We are looking for a Field Collection Officer who will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts through field visits, customer coordination, and effective collection strategies. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate payment solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct field visits to customers with past-due accounts
- Communicate with customers to discuss account status and payment options
- Negotiate and agree on repayment arrangements
- Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collections
- Accurately record collection activities and customer interactions
- Escalate unresolved or high-risk accounts when necessary

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in field collections, credit, or related roles
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must own a motorcycle
- Willing to do fieldwork within assigned areas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate
