Bachelor’s degree of any 4-year course, preferably in the field of business, human capital, psychology or behavioral science
With experience being part of a team and supervising individual talents.
Above Average Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

Job Summary

Create and execute learning programs/modules
Create Needs Analysis for learning programs
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
Track learning program budgets
