What will you do?
Responsibilities
- Email Outreach & Communication: Send structured email requests to candidates, talent pool members, and former applicants to update and validate their resume records.
- Data Collection & Verification: Track responses, validate information provided, and ensure all collected data is complete, consistent, and accurately logged.
- Database Updating: Coordinate with the HR team to ensure updated resume information is reflected in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal candidate database.
- Process Compliance: Follow approved communication templates, confidentiality guidelines, and all data privacy requirements relevant to candidate information.
- Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily and weekly logs of outreach volume, response status, pending follow-ups, and overall completion progress; escalate issues or non-responsive cases as needed.
Requirements
- Currently a student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills and a clear, professional email tone.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency.
- Basic familiarity with HR or recruitment systems (ATS) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow structured processes, work independently with minimal supervision, and meet outreach targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Self-motivated, organised, and reliable in meeting deadlines and reporting requirements.
- Must be able to report to the ConnectOS offices daily.
