In this role, your mission is to support the underwriting team in processing insurance policies with accuracy and efficiency. You will make a direct impact by:
- Managing underwriting transactions and documentation to ensure compliance and smooth workflow.
- Rating, issuing, and processing policy transactions across commercial lines.
- Communicating with brokers and stakeholders to gather information and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitoring service levels and ensuring clients receive exceptional customer service.
This Role Is for You If…
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of relevant insurance industry experience
Technical Skills:
- Ability to understand exposure/control analysis and insurance coverage basics
- Strong organizational skills to self-manage workload and meet service standards
Non-Negotiables:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
