In this role, your mission is to transform team dynamics into measurable performance. You will make a direct impact by:
- Using DISC personality profiling to diagnose team strengths and design interventions that improve collaboration and reduce conflict.
- Coaching and upskilling leadership coaches so they can deliver scalable leadership behaviours across teams.
- Designing and implementing organisational development strategies and training programs that raise engagement, retention, and measurable team effectiveness.
This Role Is for You If…
Experience:
- You have proven experience coaching and developing leaders within an organisational context.
Technical Skills:
- Certification in DISC personality profiling or relevant organisational development methodologies.
- Strong ability to analyse team performance metrics and translate them into actionable people strategies.
- Experience designing and facilitating training and team-building programs.
Non-Negotiables:
- Availability to work 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PH Time.
- Hybrid work setup with fixed in-office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points:
- Demonstrated success in improving engagement or team effectiveness through data-driven interventions.
- Experience coaching leadership coaches or running train-the-trainer programs.
