Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the companys sales target
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients
Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Keep records of client transactions
Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients to ensure consistent service
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
Meet time deadlines for accounts
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in person meetings
Prepares for the necessary reports and analysis needed by the company
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising Sales, Communications, Public relations or related field
1+ years proven sales experience as an Account Manager, Associate Account Manager, Account Executive of any industry.
Excellent sales skills, listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
