CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)
Responsibilities
Responsible for reviewing pertinent processes and procedures of the Human Resource Department to make
sure they adhere to the organization’s most recent ISO Certification.
Promoting initiatives to resolve identified nonconformance and process improvement techniques
Developing continuous improvement plans for the Human Resource Department and communicating them with
the concerned members of the organization.
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Management, or any related field
Relevant work experience is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and systematic
Detail-oriented and dependable
