Purpose Of The Role
The responsibility of Associate-IT Governance is to ensure effective governance frameworks, risk management, Audit and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders, managing IT policies and procedures, enabling Internal and External Audits, Vendor Risk Assessment and promoting best practices in IT governance across the organization.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack AI applications using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI
- Build and integrate LLM-powered features and agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI
- Create rapid prototypes that translate business requirements into working demonstrations
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to envision and architect AI solutions
- Optimize applications for user experience, performance, and scalability
- Maintain and enhance existing AI applications based on user feedback
Key Performance Indicators
- Delivery Speed: Complete prototype development from concept to demo within 1-2 weeks
- User Satisfaction: Achieve 85%+ positive feedback scores on application usability
- Business Impact: Deliver 2-3 production-ready AI features per quarter

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or related technical field
- Equivalent practical experience through intensive coding bootcamps or self-directed learning with strong portfolio
Technical Certifications (Preferred)
- AI/ML certifications from major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Modern web development certifications or nanodegrees
- LLM application development courses or specializations
Required Experience
- 0-2 years of professional software development experience
- Demonstrated full-stack development through professional projects, internships, or substantial personal projects
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, LLM integration, or intelligent system development
- Portfolio showcasing complete web applications with frontend and backend components
Preferred Experience
- Previous internships or projects in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Open-source contributions to AI/ML projects or web development frameworks
- Hackathon participation with focus on AI or fintech solutions
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders or non-technical users
- Basic understanding of financial regulations, data security, or compliance requirements
Functional Competencies
Frontend Development
