Responsible for creating, implementing and maintaining the overall design aesthetics of the malls under his/her supervision. Provides design recommendations and solutions relevant to the mall’s operational needs and ensures that all display installations stay within budget and adhere to the standards & brand image of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- • Develop creative concepts and visual designs that strengthen the company’s brand, attract customers, and drive sales growth.
- • Manage project execution and AVID workflow by overseeing fabrication, installation, and maintenance of décor and marketing materials.
- • Plan and monitor budgets for annual operations, mall openings, and special projects to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- • Handle administrative coordination through documentation, reporting, asset management, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- • Lead and develop team members through effective management, performance evaluation, and participation in talent development initiatives.
