Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to assess their financial needs and goals
Recommend suitable insurance, investment-linked, health, education, retirement, or income protection plans
Conduct financial needs analysis and create personalized plans
Explain products clearly and help clients choose the best option
Assist clients with application processing and policy servicing
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Generate leads through referrals, networking, online marketing, and prospecting
Review clients plans regularly and update recommendations as life changes
Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulations
Qualifications (Commonly Required)
College graduate (many openings prefer 4-year degree holders)
Good communication and people skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Willing to learn sales and financial planning
Can work independently or hybrid/remote
Willing to take licensing exams/training
